Blending design, innovation, and community, Azenco Outdoor recently hosted the first edition of its annual event, bringing together its dealer network called AzenCommunity in the vibrant city of Miami, FL.
Kicking off the festivities on this 15th of January, attendees were treated to a welcome cocktail on the rooftop of the Hilton Downtown Miami. Set against the backdrop of the city skyline, this relaxed evening provided the perfect atmosphere for participants to make new connections and strengthen existing ones within the AzenCommunity.

On January 16th, the conference was held at the Hilton Miami Downtown to unveil our latest products and options. Charles CHAPUS, our CEO, opened the event by warmly thanking our dealer network and taking time to look back on the achievements of 2023. It was a year marked by recognition, from NY Product Design Awards, IIDA to Fortune Magazine’s acknowledgment of us as a Great Place to Work, and our inclusion in the prestigious Inc. 5000 list. Additionally, we celebrated successful collaborations, such as those with 4ocean and Joelle Fletcher & Jordan Rodgers’s backyard makeover.
Vice-President Leslie CHAPUS was thrilled to share exciting updates for 2024. We revealed a new product but also an improved version of the K-BANA™ . From cutting-edge technological elements to intuitive smart controls and meticulously crafted design elements, we introduced several options to complement our pergolas collection. Our aim for 2024 is simple: to deliver superior design, unmatched quality, and an enhanced experience.
Enjoying lunch on the Hilton terrace was a welcome break under the sun, especially for dealers accustomed to colder climates. The afternoon session focused on the unveiling of tools set for introduction in 2024. These innovations are designed to streamline operations for dealers, improving efficiency in marketing, project management, and customer service.
In the coming year, our focus is on not only elevating our dealer network but also ensuring a top-notch experience for end customers. Whether it’s homeowners looking to improve their living spaces or ambitious hospitality projects, our commitment is to provide better design, better quality, and better experience.
Following that, workshops conducted by trusted partners took center stage, providing valuable insights into the latest technology trends and marketing tips. This hands-on experience gave dealers the opportunity to explore innovative solutions that could have a significant impact on the future of their businesses.
The day wrapped with a spectacular yacht party, sailing along Miami’s Main Channel. Salsa dancers, a delicious buffet, and nice music created a seamless blend of business and fun.
The event highlighted the importance of keeping connections strong among dealers. The focus on community building emerged as the key to AzenCommunity’s success, contributing to the network’s growth and success.
