Registration is simple! After completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email without 48 working hours, stating that your warranty has been successfully registered. 

If you do not receive this email, please reach out to warranty@azenco-outdoor.com for assistance.

After validating your warranty registration, Azenco Outdoor will send you your warranty and maintenance documents, ensuring you have everything you need to keep your outdoor space in top condition.

If you believe your Azenco Outdoor product is experiencing an issue covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact your local dealer to report the problem with your pergola.
  • Your dealer will diagnose the issue and submit the claim to Azenco Outdoor, if parts are necessary.
  • Azenco Outdoor will provide the necessary components covered under your warranty, and will cover shipping costs. 
  • Your dealer will then proceed with the replacement or repair process, with you responsible for labor and shipping costs, as outlined in your warranty terms.

If your warranty has expired, you may still contact your local dealer for assistance with any issues or repairs needed.

They can provide guidance on repair options and associated costs outside of warranty coverage.
